We value your feedback. We are launching our first annual family engagement survey. We want to hear about your experiences with your students’ school(s). Your feedback helps us improve our schools and better support you and our students. Here’s everything you need to know to participate:
- You can translate the survey into your preferred language using your web browser. Browser-based translation instructions are on our website.
- Completing the survey will take approximately 10 to 20 minutes.
- Please complete the survey by June 9.
Please fill out one survey for each school your children attend. For example, one survey is sufficient if your children are in the same elementary school. However, if you have elementary and high school children, please complete a survey for each. At the end of the survey, you will find a link to start another survey for a different school.
Your participation is completely voluntary and confidential. You may skip questions or stop at any time. We do not collect your name; your responses will be combined with others.
