Highline COVID-19 Testing
One way to keep our schools safe and open is to offer free COVID-19 tests to students, staff and household members.
Appointments are required. Some walk-up appointments will be available every day on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Appointments become available three days in advance. If the appointment form does not allow you to select a date, it is because the date is more than three days away or there are no appointments left for that day.
We encourage you to be tested only if you are experiencing symptoms, have a known exposure or have been traveling. Due to the high demand for tests, results will be available in 1-5 days.
Student & Family Testing
To maximize the number of tests we can do at each clinic, we ask families to complete the consent form (English, Spanish or Vietnamese) before arriving at the test site. If a student is younger than 18 years old, a parent/guardian will need to complete the form.
All student and family testing clinics are open from 3:00 to 4:30 p.m.
- Mondays: Evergreen High School (830 SW 116th St., Seattle)
- Tuesdays: Tyee High School (4424 S 188th St, SeaTac)
- Wednesdays: Highline High School (225 S 152nd St, Burien)
- Thursdays: Highline High School (225 S 152nd St, Burien)
- Fridays: Mount Rainier High School (22450 19th Ave S, Des Moines)
To maximize the number of tests we can do at each clinic, all staff are required to complete a consent form and lab registration form before arriving at the test site. Staff COVID-19 testing takes place Monday-Friday, from 3:00 to 4:30 p.m. at Woodside (18367 8th Ave S, Des Moines, WA 98148).
Free COVID At-Home Tests
You can now order at-home tests for free on covidtests.gov or on the USPS website. Each home is eligible for four (4) home tests. For guidance on self-testing, visit the King County COVID-19 Self-Testing webpage.
