6th Grade Supply List 2019-2020

Pencil pouch (with three ring holes to go in binder) or box

1 - 1.5" 3-ring binder

3—3 subject spiral notebooks, college ruled, least 150 pages

4 -1 subject spiral notebooks, college ruled, least 70 pages

48- #2 pencils (Ticonderoga only) or Mechanical pencils and   0.7mm lead for them

24 count box Colored pencils (2 boxes)

1 black extra fine sharpie pen

1 black fine tip sharpie pen

3—Dry Erase markers

1 personal pencil sharpener with cover

2 Pink Pearl erasers

4 red correcting pens

2 bottles of Elmer's white school glue

6 glue sticks

2 pkgs 3 hole punched college-ruled notebook paper

  • College ruled loose leaf paper

  • 5 Binder tab dividers

  • A ruler with metric and regular (imperial) measurements

  • Colored pencils/pens

  • Highlighters

  • Reusable water bottle

  • 2 folders with pockets

  • 2 composition books (for Field Notes and a writer’s notebook)

  • 2 notebooks with graph paper (for math and science)

  • 2 spiral notebooks, 1 with pockets (for communications and LTI - Learning through Interests)

  • Compass (the drawing tool)

  • Scientific calculator - helps limit cell phone use

Hi Families. 

Here’s a supply list for the upcoming year. Most of these things should be easy to find where school supplies are sold. If you have problems finding anything or have questions, feel free to email (Joshua.medaris@highlineschools.org).

  • 2” binder with multiple dividers

  • Scientific calculator - This year, phones will not be allowed to be used as calculators during our QR time. There are several reasonably priced calculators available where school supplies are sold.
